Hi guys! Today I thought I would share with you some of my tips when it comes to skin care. Aren’t we all dreaming of having a naturally healthy glow? Below you find 3 tips that really helps me to keep my skin clean and healthy.
Protect yourself from the sun. I use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with spf 50 all year around. This is so important for anti-aging and to protect your skin from pigmentation.
You are what you eat. It is some true in that. Add those fruits and veggies into your diet, they are full of essentials vitamins and minerals that will help your skin glow from the inside and out. Stay hydrated with drinking enough water and eat hydrating food that is high in water content like cucumber, celery, tomatoes, oranges etc. Make sure you’re getting enough vitamin C and zinc that do support the production of collagen and elastin. Healthy fats is so important for your skin and body in general, so go a little nuts with the nuts! Avocado and seeds are also great sources for adding healthy fats to your diet.
Cleansing your skin. Always remove your makeup and hydrate your skin before going to bed. You should also cleanse, hydrate and protect (sunscreen) your skin in the morning before you apply any makeup.

I’m a big fan of Rituals Cosmetics! Entering their stores always put me in a relaxing mood and their products are great! I have two favorite lines that I love, but my absolute favorite must be this green line, The Ritual of Dao! The hand cream is the best hand cream I have ever tried (and I suffer from very dry skin)! The smell from these products are so beautiful. I don’t use the body cream every day, but when I want a extra treat, it’s my go to! A little tips is to mix in few drops of the oil with the body cream to get some extra hydration. This oil is also perfect for getting or giving a massage to someone you love ❤

For me makeup is all about getting that GLOW! Personally, I’m always focused on my skin and how to get a radiant healthy look. One of my absolute favorite glow products is the Strobe cream from MAC cosmetics in the color Goldlite or peachlite. This is a cream that not only gives your skin a glow, it also treat your skin with nutritious vitamins such as green tea. You can use it in different ways, like mixing it with your foundation, use it as a high lighter, or like I do, use a thin layer all over your face before applying your foundation. Try it, it really lift up you look and make your skin look more healthy and glowy!
Is it anything worse than waking up with a bad hair day? I’m sure it is, haha, but we all know how frustrating it is! For the last 3 months my hair have been very dry and damaged. I think it’s because of a higher stress level. Finally I have decided to step up my game to get my shine back on it.
Shiny hair comes from how you treat yourself internally and externally. So these days I’m trying to be extra healthy to be sure that I get all the essential vitamins. I also make sure I get enough proteins during the day. The right nutrition will help me to grow back a strong, shiny and healthy hair.
To maximize the process I make sure to use good quality hair products. For me that includes the right shampoo and conditioner, a hydrating mask once a week and a oil that I put on my ends every night before bed. I also try not to wash my hair too often and try to reduce the use of heat.
My favorite oil is for sure the Moroccan oil, it’s just amazing, it truly helps my hair to stay soft.
I have been using the Moroccanoil hair masks for many years now. At this period when my hair need some extra hydration I’m currently using their smoothing mask. This is a highly concentrated argan butter hair mask with hydrating ingredients like argan butter, argan oil and coconut-derived fatty acids. I use it once a week for 30 minutes.
